R01: ILDA Member, staying at Royal Sonesta hotel – $973.00
Valid for current ILDA Members who reserved rooms with the Royal Sonesta hotel and stated they are with the ILDA group; includes a $250 credit.
R02: ILDA Member, NOT staying at Royal Sonesta – $1,223.00
Use this if you are NOT staying at the Royal Sonesta hotel or if you did not reserve Royal Sonesta rooms with the hotel as part of the ILDA group.
R03: Non-member, staying at Royal Sonesta – $1,223.00
Valid for non-members who reserved rooms with the Royal Sonesta hotel and stated they are with the ILDA group; includes a $250 credit.
R04: Non-member, NOT staying at Royal Sonesta – $1,473.00
Use this if you are a non-member who is NOT staying at the Royal Sonesta, or if you did not reserve Royal Sonesta rooms with the hotel as part of the ILDA group.

This registration is for the ILDA Conference, including the Lase-Off and Awards dinners. (Note: The Conference does NOT include any Laser Safety Education classes or the Nov. 9 Cultural Tour.)

Spouse/Guest info: When you register, you can also register a spouse or one or more guests who are staying with you in the same room. The cost is $523 per ILDA Member's spouse/guest, or $623 for a non-member's spouse/guest. The spouse/guest can attend all meals, the Welcome Reception, the Lase-Off, and the Awards Banquet; but they can NOT attend the business, seminar or workshop meetings. (A spouse/guest can also go on the Nov. 9 Cultural Tour by signing up separately.)

Save money by registering as early as possible. Prices go up $225 during Late Registration, September 1 to November 7.

Also save money by booking ILDA-rate rooms with the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore hotel.
Simply book directly with the hotel at +1 410-234-0550 or visit the Sonesta reservation website and use the group code "1105ILDACN". This will assure that ILDA is properly credited for your stay. If you do not use this method, your ILDA Conference registration cost will be $250 higher to cover ILDA's hotel contract penalties.
